But would you be able to sustain 3 bar pressure?

Yes he could, diving at 20 meters under the water surface on earth. The pressure in
his blader would be a bit above 3 bar when urged to pee, thanks the surrounding
muscles.

Customer: Of course it always was. You didn't ask, your fault. No extra.

Extra only works when the customer is the government, where it is automatic for big
critical projects.
(Answer to quote was X, but if the final cost is less than 4 X, then something was
wrong in the process)

Forget about the bucket.

Just submerge the black box (and pipe) underwater.

But on the other hand the money is distributed elsewhere and it is your 
budget that is frozen. To keep overall costs down.

The delivery time-chart  was signed by the committee on the second weekly meeting.
Promising the signature of the specification by T0+1 month... but they keep debating
on the content at every weekly meeting, rolling back some previous decisions, or
amending them just a bit. Whatever, it was stated that the full delivery of project
(phase 5) was due on
T0+12 months, so you must deliver or won't get paid for that part.
That the specifications for phase 5 are still unsigned is another issue. YOU MUST
DELIVER, and IT MUST SUCCEED THE TESTS which will be finalized AFTER your delivery.

And the day before you deliver, the committee agree that the new standard published
two days ago must be part of the next delivery.

Pro Tip: Do not try this at home. Turns out kidneys don't like high
pressure in the urinary tract too much. A relative has just recently
lost one of his to this phenomenon.
