I just remembered. I once saw a mechanic start an Avon jet engine by
hitting the fuel HSSV "High speed shutoff valve" with a spanner at the
right time. So it would open in the right sequence so the engine would
light off.
Priceless! Half a million pounds worth of hardware and it takes a mechie
with a universal key to get it running. Me shouting into a headset.
"Now." And him beside a potential bomb waiting to hit it with a shifting
spanner. Pure bravado.

I solemnly promise to kick the next angle, I see.

Huh. 23 days, 19 hours. Probably since the last time the bloody "windows
update" insisted it had to reboot to finish something. I don't even
sleep the thing. lol

I have automatic updates turned off, so that doesn't bother me.

I'm pretty sure I've seen uptime figures into several months. (POV-Ray
is currently working on an animation I started approximately 2 years
ago. I wonder if it'll ever finish... radiosity is so slow!)

Err.. Ouch! That's scarier than making a real movie would be, and, kind
of nuts imho. lol
