Oh you are FRIGGING KIDDING ME!!! >_<

On Sunday I finally decided to buy myself a copy of Call of Duty: Modern
Warefare 2.

Unfortunately, that was at 1PM. It took several hours for the download
to reach 40%. Yesterday I /intended/ to power up my PC in the morning
before work, so the game would be ready to play when I got home. But I
forgot. So the game didn't finish downloading until 10PM.

But that's nothing. I just signed in to Steam to play it, and GUESS
WHAT? Starting from today, there's 50% off the usual price for this
exact game. X_X

Oh you need... timing.
A tick-a tick-a tick-a good... timing.
A tock-a tock-a tock-a tock-a
Timing is the thing, it's true.
You're timing brought me to you.

(If you thought that was bad, think about my dad locked in a car
listening to me sing that...)

I'm nitpicking here, but where's the failure? I only see a bit of bad
luck here.

I completely failed to perform this operation in the most cost-effective
way.

Thanks for posting - Modern Warfare 2 has been on my wishlist for a
while already.

I'm making a note here: Huge Success! :-P

So it seems, as in everything in list, one man's loss is another's gain...

Don't worry, cake and grief counseling will be available at the conclusion
of this test.

The cake is a lie! :-P

(Also, I could never decide whether it was "grief" or "brief"...)
