I've finished my Lip Synch System, written the documentation, made the
sample files ready etc. You can get it at
http://rsj.mobilixnet.dk/3d/include/include.html
And you can see the demo animation for it at
http://rsj.mobilixnet.dk/3d/anims/anims.html
Hope you like it. :)
Comments, questions, suggestions etc. are as always very welcome! :)

Before making the system ready for release I asked if there was any interest
in it and was told that there was.
Now where I have made the system ready and released it, I would appreciate
just a little feedback. No matter if the system is fine or if it is
completely below your expectations, no matter if you find it user-friendly
or if you didn't understand a word of the documentation, just let me know.
Without feedback I'll never be able to improve it where it's needed. Hope
you understand.
Thanks in advance.

I am still very interested, but my pov coding rate is so slow that I
doubt my feedback will be of any real help to you. It will take me months
just to figure out a scene to use it in.

I had a look and it seems very interesting and well documented, but i do
not work much with animations so i can't really tell if it's easy to use.

Well, thanks for the reply anyway. :)
You know what to do if you experience any problems with the system...

Very nice docs! It will be a while before I can test it out though.

Ok. Thanks for the feedback!
My own guess is that it's a bit difficult setting up a custom mouth, but
more fun to do the actual lip synch.
As a starting point I thought users could maybe use the mouths from the
sample file and make them say a different dialog.

Ok. If/when you do, I'd be most interested in hearing about it. :)

Yes. Pull on my hair, walk back and forth, be short with my wife, send
the dog outside, throw some paper around, pretend it doesn't bother me and
have a snack, send my wife outside, push small things back and forth on my
desk, break a couple of small things by pushing them around too much, go
outside and send my wife and dog back inside, scream at the sky, come back
inside and pretend to watch TV, leave TV on and come bang away at it some
more, finally admit that I can't figure it out, post a question on the NG
and then as soon as I hit send, see the obvious answer right there in front
of me.

I hope to have my dragon say a few words in my next animation
and I've been trying to figure out the best way to animate his mouth.
His mouth is constructed differently from what you've shown, so
I probably won't be able to use your macro directly, but I will have
a look to see what I can learn.
I have 8 control points on the lips, as well as 2 degrees-of-freedom
on the lower jaw. I also have a few control points on the face, eyes,
and forehead to include some expression.
I just haven't come up with a manageable way of animating them yet.
