this could be a good way to fast publication of tutorials
and simple unified style of presentation SDL
I could offer my time and skills  with it.

No.

In Vim, the colors are the same as what is on the screen.
And of course, you can customize the colors on the screen.

I don't use EMACS. I just guessed it should have that
feature somewhere.

In the mean time, you can open them in Vim and do a

	:so $VIMRUNTIME/syntax/2html.vim

and save the resulting file. I just did this, see

This is why I *never* mention any Vim feature without saying
"and EMACS also has it". I don't know EMACS but I learned this
magic mantra that is said to diminish the chances of being
flamed after mentionning Vim.

  Emacs even has a vi-mode, so you don't really need vi even if you really
like to use it... ;)
