No.
In Vim, the colors are the same as what is on the screen.
And of course, you can customize the colors on the screen.
I don't use EMACS. I just guessed it should have that
feature somewhere.

In the mean time, you can open them in Vim and do a
:so $VIMRUNTIME/syntax/2html.vim
and save the resulting file. I just did this, see
