But the phrase is pissed off (British) which I think is the same as 
pissed (American). Pissed is drunk, pissed off is fed up to annoyed.
I'll ask what the good ol boys mean by it. If I can remember.

Pissed and pissed off mean the same in American. I understand "pissed" means 
drunk in British?

And it's "hang on five" not "hang five" in American. Hang five is surfing.
