Good point, Stephen.
One other comment I would like to make concerns the scale of the
erosion/cracking/flacking of the stones, in comparison with the size of the
individual elements. The technique in itself is good, however it looks too
gross to be believable. If possible, I would go for a more subtle break and
crack pattern. Depending how you achieved this, I think you could try to
scale down the eroding pattern.

Hope this helps.

Thomas

Great work so far. It keeps improving!

I think the current camera position could come down a bit; in this one, it's
perfectly aligned with the tops of the columns, making the image *look* a
bit computer-generated, to my eyes. That is, too many aligned planes. And
it doesn't show off the nice round forms of the column tops.

Looking forward to seeing more!

I like it. In fact, years ago I did a huge round temple, as well.

In your case, I see you made the stone rough, which is good. But I think,
the stone material is still having a bit too much gloss effect, which you
can recognize at the corners of the stone. Besides that, it is going to
become a great work, Woland. Go on, and let us see your creations!
