Well, since you asked for opinions, I like #3 the best.

But I agree with Anubis... ignore my opinion and go with the one you
personally prefer.  Your own opinion is art, everyone else's is a public
opinion survey.

You may be right...  I just wanted to have different opinion regarding the
pictures and the number 2 (the one which got most votes) is the one I like
less because the head is no smooth enough...  Anyway, I need to take a
decision (very hard thing to do).

Hi Martin,

The sepia look is just two hollow spheres around the camera (so it is 100%
POV made) :
- one gold-gray-black agate sphere with high filtering
- one agate sphere with high transmit
(both based on the script available at
http://news.povray.org/povray.advanced-users/30298/ (big thanks again Tor
Olav Kristensen, and Slime)

About the rendering time and machine, I can't help for the moment but it is
going very fast (except for the focal blur in the first-rendering).
