The Dolphins are Bezier-patches created in Moray ... I don't know, why there
are those holes in them ...

Degenerate triangles, I would think anyhow. POV-Ray doesn't send a message about it?

They're done with Bezier-patches ... not triangles ...
No: POV says nothing worse about the picture... except the report of the
rendering time: 75h :-(

That's what I like to hear.
I've got one rendering at the moment brilliance.pov as the author suggests it
should be rendered. It's been going for more than 72 hours, is still on it's
first pass, and hasn't written to disk since 8:22am today and as you can see
from my sig it's now 10:19pm (or it was when I opened the new reader).
I think that this is going to be a long one so I've got it at very low
priority, I'll just wait and see.

I call anything like that triangles or polygons, my fault.
I suppose it might be quite different; but still, wouldn't a near zero vector (in at
least 2 axes, maybe only if 3 are) in the patch statement cause POV to think it's zero
instead? And then maybe nothing there far as surface goes?
I can imagine that it should have a flat plane-like area but with these things only
the
mathematic elite of the POV-Ray users probably know or have any idea.
