I'm working on a renewal of my web pages.
And while I was searching my HD for new candidates to
my online POV-gallery I found an old file I made some time
ago with spheres in a Moebius band pattern.
Modified it a bit and made the pigment position dependent.
(Relative to its position in the Moebius band.)
The small image is an enlarged region of the big image.
Please comment.

have you considered using this in a composition? Like bubbles in a
champaigne glass?

I really like the detail, but I'm losing the shape of the moebius strip.
Maybe adding a background of something simple would finish of composition
nicely.

Nice creation. I would recommend a background of some sort since the spheres
are reflective. Maybe the Moebius shape would be more obvious with less
randomness or a different viewing angle?

No photons? Sheesh.

What about more, but smalle spheres, with less turbulence(difference from
the moebius) ???

Thank you all for commenting. =)
From your comments I now see that it is
difficult to recognize the moebius shape.
I will try what you suggested:
- Add a simple background.
- Reduce the randomness of the sphere positions.
- Increase the number of spheres and make them
smaller.
But I'm not good with real life compositions,
(because I do not have enough fantasy), so I
don't think that I'll try to use them in a
champagne glass or similar (I would loose my
patience trying to find good places to put
lights and other objects.)

Then I think your monitor must be broken.
Try to print the image instead.
:)
Now serious:
I don't know about Photons.
What would it have done to the image ?
