Hello,

I have created some sort of "logo" for a European project. It's called
"Amore". The participating countries are represented by their flags.
The subject of the project is railways (time tables and the like) and
yes: Germany is the head of this project by organizing it.

The image has been created with mega patch 3. The map is a partially
transparent image map. The smoke is modeled with media sampling method 2
-- I have "borrowed" some ideas from the IRTC image "first strike".
However, I modified the way media work. I wanted that the densities of
the different spheres are added. (Normally they are multiplied.) After
several hours of trying it with the common media I gave up. Modifying
the source code was done in 10 minutes :-).

This looks like a very good start.
'Amore' must be stronger, I think.
Is Austria in this project?

Peter

Yes, you're right. I've looked at it on a different monitor and the smoke
it too bright there, too. :-S

The participants are Germany, Greece, Switzerland, Holland, Danemark,
and Italy.

It is a very nice layout. I would probably change the color of the wheels as
they tend to blend in. Also make the letters a little more visible and maybe
"soften" the smoke a little.

This looks real good. It looks asthough the rest of Europe
is invading Spain by train, something that they used to be
quite paranoid about so made their tracks a different
gague. This does have serious drawbacks though as Father
Christmas comes on a train in Spain, as snow is rare and
unheard of in many parts.

Unfortunately, the color of the European flag is the same, namely blue,
as parts of other flags. I'll probably don't change this.

The computer is currently rendering the image with much thicker smoke.
10 hours to go :-)

Thanks for your feedback.
