Well how about that, I missed this too.
What I also would've liked is a 2D crackle pattern. There I times when I need a
2D version and a simple slice of 3D isn't quite the same. I did try my hand at
coding this once with a little success, but unfortunately I'm not completely
adept at putting the code together for proper inclusion...
