Forgot to mention that buildings now have two new parameters:

1. chance
2. unique

"Chance" determines the likelihood a building will spawn. Some spawn
more often than others. (Actually, only one spawns less often than the
rest.) "Unique" means a building will spawn once and only once. I'm
using this for the parks with sculptures/models which should never
repeat. Also tweaked the street pavement and lamp textures.

Anyway, that's all for tonight!

Excellent work! Compared to the start, this a tremendous improvement.

Bad that you're not a painter? ;-)

These objects seem rather mundane and more suited to a terrestrial town.
Are you sure that this sort of environment would have vehicles and
pedestrians mixing so closely. Wouldn’t the plasma tube be dimmed for
night, rather than being switched off alleviating the need for street
lights and lamp posts?

It seems a very well balanced city, an interesting place for a trip?
A nice lighting,

Megastructure is a toroidal spinner. The part on the right is prety
awkward with its tilted structures. They should be stepped.

Rama is Humongusly HUGE, your spinner could easily fit inside, many
times in the length of Rama. The "light trenches" are, if I remembre
correctly, well over 1Km whide and more than 100Km long...
Even been hollow, it's large enough to exerce a notable gravity of it's
own, especialy on the ends.

The Ringworld is a great, gaudy, intellectual toy, a playground with the
gates left wide open. [...] It's a puzzle too, a maze. Question every turn
or you'll get lost. When you have finished the book, remember not to lock
the gate.

This reply is rather OT and totally different, however...

The June 29 image in the "Astronomy Picture of the Day" web site struck me as being
rather
similar to your Spinner images. It is a (fisheye) photograph not CGI, but it seemed
so similar
to me I wanted to point it out.

(Fascinating web site, BTW.)
