Ok, maybe not the most original idea ever, but...

Cool. The pose of the character is kind of awkward. Lots of unnatural
angles and changes of direction in the joints. Unless he just got teleported
into the middle of the room a moment ago. :-) I like how it doesn't fade to
black at the top, too - that would be trite.

You try posing a character purely with forward kinematics in SDL...

I'm sure it's difficult. :-) Heck, I have a hard time getting things
believable with IK in an interactive environment. I'm just saying what
struck me as good and bad. :-)

I've been looking for a placeholder figure like that for a while, are
there versions available for public use? Not asking for textures, just
the shapes.

Made it myself. Perhaps I'll add to the object collection some day.

I made a mannequin a couple of years ago that you can have if you want. I did it
in Bishop3D with IK. So you can have either the Pov code or the Bishop3D file.

What does the figure see when it turns around?

I'm still wondering a bit what exactly is it that you mean with that.
I don't fully understand.

I assume it's clear the figure is facing left and looking up?
