Now I see what you guys mean by wolfman.
What I saw at that place is his left eye.
It's a smiling alien looking left.

NATIONAL ENQUIRER NEWS FLASH!

Secret Nostradamus diary reveals Baal's face in clouds is really a sign of
Elvis' return! According to unnamed expert sources, Elvis, who was
kidnapped by aliens, may be returned to earth soon. The aliens who
abducted him have purportedly held secret negotiations with President Bush,
the United Amalgamation of Left Handed Pole Vaulters Local 666 and Bigfoot,
and agreed to release the pop icon in exchange for free toilet paper, a
perpetual subscription to the weather channel, and an autographed picture
of Tux the penguin.

Don't miss tommorrows exciting scoop "Baal secretly married the Mona Lisa!"

RG - the truth is out there... but it doesn't sell near as well as
hallucination

Well I see 4 different faces. The most prominent one is definately the
"wolfman" or Ball that you said you saw (red) but I also saw a young woman
(light blue) holding her hands, Megaman (dark blue), Darth Vader (green)
and a doggie (brown). Sorry about my wonderful drawing skills but you can
see them a lot better in the original version. I also see a bird right in
front of my doggie but I can't quite think of the name of that species at
the moment...

BTW, this is an excellent picture, especially with the many accidental
things you can see in the clouds. I actually would compare those clouds to
an ink blot test due to how anyone can possibly see just about anything in
them.
