I don't blame you a bit - I spent many hours working on a metal texture
recently (re-working my Mars Attacks! saucers) and never got quite close to
what an image map could do, so I'm using an image map too. And hey, if it's
good enough for ILM, it's good enough for me!

thankyou :-)

Well, that *is* Rusty! And to be honest, I don't have a clue what Rusty is/was. But I
like it!

All the best,

Well, I wish I had the patience to work on something over a long period of time, but I
usually
don't. this image for example, was basically done in one day, with a second day for
tweaking
things and re-rendering.

I'm particularly pleased with it though, as most of my stuff tends to look unfinished.
I'm
always awestruck by the work of people like Gilles Tran and Norbert Kern, not so much
because
I feel they are amazingly more skilled than I (although they are *a lot* more skilled
than I),
but more for the fact that they put so much time and effort into their art. That's
what I have
to improve upon in the future, I think.

I like the first one best. There is very nice texturing and lighting there.
They're both impressive, even though the second one hurts my eyes. :)

I didn't expected my help could help to create such nice creation :-)

Thanks. Yes, that's the proper image.. I did the second one just in case I got a few

Thankyou very much. I couldn't have done it without your help.

Well it is AWESOME, but I don't think anyone has seen a ROLEX quite like that
before :)

Oh, and maybe next time save the 'proof' for later >:)
