That is a *really* cool pic. I don't know if you have Poser or not, but
to me for some reason there ought to be a small person standing to
the lower left of the rock (fractal). Maybe reaching out towards it,
though the person I'd originally envisioned would be too small to reach
-- about a third as tall as the distance between rock and ground.

Sorry to ramble -- hope you were able to catch all that. Still, very
cool! :-)

Hehe :) the planet in the foreground is identical to the planets in the
background! They're exactly the same, including the atmosphere (yup the
whole red sky is identical to the "glows" on the other planets). The horizon
doesn't appear bent for exactly the same reason that the horizon of the
earth doesn't appear bent: we're too close to the surface to see the curve.

Thank you.

Hmm... that's an interesting idea, I like it. Though it's not really
connected to the loneliness topic.

BTW, I have a rather different sense of the scale of the image than what
you've suggested. I've developed the image a bit further now, and that
"rock" has become a human figure. I'll post a new version when I've taken it
a bit further.

Cheers
