I was tinkering with the isosurface shape and came up with this really
weird thing, and it looks like it might be made into something really neat.

Here is the program source code to play with.  I used some trig
functions and pushed the isosurface pretty much to the limits, I think.
Playing with the x, y, and z values can give some fascinating results.  If
you use small values of x and y, they create "swooshes" of greenery.  The
value of z should be higher to create the granular effect.
    If you make all three large numbers and closely space them, you can
create "woven" or clothelike textures, or even halftone patterns that can
wrap around a slightly smaller surface.  Very simple program, lots of
potential with the code.
