Well, with radiosity there is light (although i have never tried it with
dense fog, maybe you should add a grey sky around.
Just try with default setting but a much lower error_bound (0.1-0.3) and
see how it looks.

Respect the dead? I loot the bodies! Then sell the lesser bits
and keep the good loot for me. Its the only way to keep supplied
and/or make a living....
