I don't know how you modeled it to begin with. I seem to remember that
you used rhino, if so, and they are separate objects, you could make them
solid then bevel the edges.

I only used blobs and CSG in Pov 3.5 Beta. Actually I did try it first in Rhino
1.1 Trial but gave up when I only had 4 saves left...
