First time I have had a real play with radiosity.

Nice. Judging from the shadows I would guess that the lighting here is
coming from an area light and not pure radiosity. I would suggest making the
quite a lot brighter. Also when using MegaPov Radiosity you will want to
make all objects that don't contribute to the radiosity have an ambient
value of 0.

It looks like it's light by the moon. I'll have to try radiosity

Yes it is an area light contained within a semi transparent sphere with an
ambient
of 1. Doing this method It seems you get the best of both worlds.
