Real neat. I think the keys need to be dipped into the water for sure
though.
Everything is floating more than it would IRL but that's unavoidable.
I liked the honey color for the piano you had before.

Lovely! I like your idea.

I think the paper should get darker and more transparent when it's wet but I
guess you're going to do that anyway. I somehow don't think a stool would
float like that, it would probably be more upright.

The English one is more understandable. What does 'Mari musica regit' mean?

Nice piano, is that your model? I'll be making a
grand piano here soon... and the keys are
intimidating me- especially as I want to do it in
a simple manner as I'll need to include it in an
animation.

So how'd you approach modelling it?

The papers look great.

The wood of the piano seems quite 'plain', maybe some more ornamentation
would be nice.

Care to share the water code? (i'm always eager to see new ideas for good
water :-)

rats, I was hoping you cheated even more than
that! :o) Nice effect. For my purposes I may
resort to not animating the keys and texture
mapping them.

Regit : verb, rules (3rd Singular, Present)(rego,rexi,rectum,regere)

Musica: may be Nominatif,f,sing (musica,musicae,f)
    or nominatif/voc/accu,plural,np, (musica,musicorum,n)
    the music

Mari: datif/ablat, the sea

The verb would requires a Nominative as subject and a Acc as object.

So, I do not see any translation...

Mare musica regunt : la musique dirige sur la mer : the music rules the
sea

Se res sic habet:
"mari" is also the ancient locative case (like humi, domi etc.).
Here "rego" is used as an intransitive verb.
So the correct translation is:
"music rules in the sea".
I didn't know the term "musicum, musici".
Anyway, this title was just a joke (like the English one).
Pax vobiscum ad aeternum...
