This looks really very good! Much detail too, nice textures and colours.
The only thing that doesn't seem right is that the small hand points
exactly at 10 when the large hand points to 2... :)

You are right! I will take it back to my watchmaker immediately. :)

I always wanted a time/date function in Povray so I could determine the
correct date and time and then make the image display the correct date and
time it was created.

Check the .binaries.scene-files and .text.scene-files groups. There are
some procedures for doing this there.

What is the glass reflecting? Did you use a blurred reflection?

The leather looks perfect. It's a bit AWERSOME really.

No blurred reflection. The entire scene is wrapped by a large sphere that
has a photograph I took image mapped to it.

I don't think it's a ROLEX if that's what you mean. The leather shouldn't
have such a sharp edge and the stitching doesn't look real yet. The phong on
the glass isn't perfect. I must admit that there are some reflections that
look amazingly real on the shiny metal, but I think it's because its
reflecting an image map.

IT would be something if someone actually posted a photograph and everyone
criticised it for not looking 'real' enough... ;)

Awesome detail!

That's a great leather texture.
