Pretty cool. This one would definitely survive the "2nd generation B&W
photocopy" test.

Thank you! I've seen (heard?) you mention that test before. What does that
mean? Is it some kind of artistic principle or guideline?

Is it some kind of artistic principle or guideline?

Print your image
Photocopy
Photocopy the photocopy

Is it still recognisable?

If so hooray
If not you have fieled the test

In my college this should be the only principle! I have pages and pages of
stuff with department logos that can't even be identified. Your image should
survive several photocopies without problem - (ideal for fliers, etc)

I remember taking text from a book, blowing it up in size a few times, using
technical pens to fill in the gaps and make it straight, then shrinking it back
down again to fit and look right. I was so glad the instructor finally gave up
and learned about computers. He told us not to touch the things for class
projects, or we could do them, only after making a full sized comp by hand and
scanning the work in.
