I remember taking text from a book, blowing it up in size a few times, using
technical pens to fill in the gaps and make it straight, then shrinking it back
down again to fit and look right. I was so glad the instructor finally gave up
and learned about computers. He told us not to touch the things for class
projects, or we could do them, only after making a full sized comp by hand and
scanning the work in.
