I don't know if anyone is interested, but Babel Fish says that

and doppelfederhaus means double spring house literally, and must refer to
how many springs the
watch has - a main spring and another for the alarm, which apparently has
several settings
between simply  ab (off) and auf (on).

I see what appears to be an included sky texture from POV-Ray reflecting off
that, otherwise I would have thought this to be a file from some website of
animated GIF's  ;-)

The ab-auf hand is the power reserve indicator. "Doppelfederhaus" is
"double barrel", meaning the watch has a double mainspring barrel.

Don't ask me how/why I know so much about expensive German watches :P
