It occured to me during Physics class the other day. I do a lot of doodling
while they're explaining stuff I know. :) Enjoy.

Nice. And you just missed the last comp...you would've won.

I like this one a lot.
It seems perhaps a bit less versatile than some - but that may just be my
comatose inventiveness.

Had I not put the PoV-logo in, I would have had a better chance with my
Eye-logo, but AFAIK, I didn't win... or did I? Was there a hand-recount when
I wasn't watching?

So long as the will of the POVers is heard... Although I think too few
people participated. If this were serious, I would have expected at least a
hundred or so participants.

Great. I'm glad.

I agree with you there, but one never knows... perhaps if Chris C. got his
hands on it, something really cool could be done. :)

I hate to be the one to sound negative, but unlike others here I personally
don't think this logo would have won.
I believe that it is easy to create a single version of a logo that looks
cool, but that the true value of the logo is first relieved when a b/w
version of the logo is made plus several different presentations.
I think this logo could have gotten maybe a third place. My estimation is
not worth much though, the only thing I can say in my defence is that the
results of the contest turned out very close to what I had expected.

That is NOT true!
The priority system I used made sure that those kind of problems could not
happen!
(Had America used a priority system they probably wouldn't have had the
problem they're having now!)

You got a nice second place. :)

In the first logo competition we got 31 votes. In this one we got 51, which
is about what I had expected. I think it is quite a lot, considering that
the POV-Team will have the final saying anyway. Anyway, even with several
times more votes, the results would most probably have been the same.
