I hate to be the one to sound negative, but unlike others here I personally
don't think this logo would have won.

I believe that it is easy to create a single version of a logo that looks
cool, but that the true value of the logo is first relieved when a b/w
version of the logo is made plus several different presentations.

I think this logo could have gotten maybe a third place. My estimation is
not worth much though, the only thing I can say in my defence is that the
results of the contest turned out very close to what I had expected.

That is NOT true!

The priority system I used made sure that those kind of problems could not
happen!

(Had America used a priority system they probably wouldn't have had the
problem they're having now!)

In the first logo competition we got 31 votes. In this one we got 51, which
is about what I had expected. I think it is quite a lot, considering that
the POV-Team will have the final saying anyway. Anyway, even with several
times more votes, the results would most probably have been the same.
