First try with radiosity without light sources.
Only spheres and cylinders and one of my few handcoded scenes.
It has come out in a nice chair for kids ;-)
My settings are:
radiosity {

All objects except sky have
finish { diffuse .6 ambient 0 }

better - I find I have to tweak most rad based images

also - I forgot to mention - an average blur on the ground will quickly sort
out those spotches - quicker then upping the count and rendering again :)

Looks Like Bill Gates's Chairs! (The colors, they are similar to

Anyway, a shorter way to get to the final result.

I do agree with you. I have changed it in some way (made it wider and
rotated it a little).
I have also changed the brightness /contrast with IrfanView.
I have designed the chair for kids, so I think the armrests' longitude it's
OK (maybe I'm wrong).
OTOH, it has given me an idea for the current topic in IRTC's stills
contest.
Let's see if it works.

Never thought about it until you mention it, but when you said it, it seems
like they are obviously Bill Gates's Chairs.
Maybe I'll send a copy to Bill to see if he is interested in buying them (I
will release a Service Pack 1 of the Chair in six months, and Bill will not
be able to sit on it until he upgrades to the 2003 Edition).

when someone else looks at your work, are they going to know you post
processed? in fact if your using your work on your resume then post
processing puts another useful feather in yer cap.
