Turned out very nice, BTW is that building actually existing or going to
be built?

For more realism i would try to get some reflection in the glass parts of
the buildings, even if only the plain sky is reflected that would look
much more realistic.  You also might try radiosity.

There is some reflection, but you are right. Reflected sky might help.

Radiosity is used in foggy scene and night scene. Is this two scenes there are no
light sources.
In other scenes, it might help.

Cool buildings. I think the first one looks a bit too clean. Of course
you can't make is dirty if you want to promote it, but at least you
could make the walls to look more like concrete with some variation in
normals.

But, I am just trying to catch up the new features the POV-Ray has got
in last eight years, so I don't have any clever ideas how that could be
done :-).
