Sorry for going a little bit off-topic here, 
but I just had to share these pictures with you.

I swapped the red and blue colors in the first 
image.

When I saw the result I thought that it might 
be interesting to have effects within POV 
that swaps/or remaps colors from an object, 
when illuminated from certain light_sources.

Are there already ways to do such things in 
MegaPOV ?

(This is a dried little piece of paprika shot 
with a digital camera.)

You can do it on a per-image basis with the color_matrix filter, but not 
on a per-object basis. I've been thinking about the possibilities of 
color filters for pigments, though...that might be useful.
