Hi all,
i rendered this pic whilst setting up a grid and having a small go with
the vturbulence function. the result was midly interesting, so here it
is.
rendering time was about 18 minutes, with low quality radiosity and
22500 spheres (actually 22501).
er... that's about it.
it kinda looks abit like crumpled cloth, imho, and i can't wait to try
vturbulence in animation.
i'll post the final image of this project when i'm done. btw, this image
has almost nothing to do with the project.
see you later.

Ooo... pretty... I like it... :)
The radiosity really helps the image, looks good...

What is the memory count like?
What kind of processor do you have (ie speed)?

Didn't I see something like that chasing someone across the floor in a
Sci-Fi movie?

took a
court to establish that it happened, damned right I would be skeptical.

not sure of the memory count, but set up 22500 spheres on a plane with
fog and count50 radiosity at 480x307 res and i'm sure you'd be in the
ball park.
my processors are 550mhz
aa was at +a0.1 +am1

Don't think that was the movie but the description correct. Smaller
beads and lots of motion and colored pink and that's about it for an
animation. It was a dumb movie, no question. In fact it has probably
been copied in six other equally bad movies.
I'm not trying to drag is off topic. Rather looking for a serious
animation image. A little phong for glistening. I do like its looks. The
essence of animation for a story is hinting at the story particularly
for IRTC.
