Hey, I like it! Kind of reminds me of the Jetson's. :) I think George's car
had a bugle type bell for engine output, which wouldn't be hard to add here.
:)

I think AL's "Explorer" should have a touch-screen quidance system, or
thought control. Something like that.

Good job!

Grim

That was my first impression as well. Instant recognition.

It looks great. I really like it. I'd say spacecraft. UFO is bigger in my
book, and doesn't have fins.

Nah, looks fine the way it is.

Funny, I didn't use the Jetson's for reference at all. Rather I used
Spaceman Spiff's spacecraft (from Calvin and Hobbes).

Thanks for the suggestion. I might go with a touch-screen system. You did
mean "guidance" didn't you? If not, what does "quidance" mean?

I'll go with "spacecraft".

I'm not going to use toon filters with AL as I prefer him in 3D.

Besides, there are many cases where the toon filters in MegaPOV doesn't work
well.

Things behind transparent surfaces won't have the edges traced. For example,
in the scene with AL in his spacecraft, AL won't have his edges traced
because he is inside the glass hemisphere.

On the other hand, the transparent surfaces themselves will always get
edges, even if you don't want to. For example, when using media, the edge of
the container object will be traced.

Greetings,

Hrm. Has someone published an all purpose 'toon filter?'

Grim
