1. Model in povray a blob figure.
2. Model in povray a stack of cubes based on the blob figure (requires
megapatch). Use the object pattern and eval_pigment to decide whether any
point in a 3d array is "inside" the object. If it is, put a cube there.
I have great respect for the contribution of Chris's includes but haven't
used many of them myself yet.
