Master, Master, where's the dreams that I've been after?
Master, Master, you promised only lies
Laughter, laughter, all I hear or see is laughter
Laughter, laughter, laughing at my cries

Sure, once I clean it up I'll eventually post it in p.b.s-f.

Well, actually it means, "As suspected, David is a god." or, in proper
characters, "$B$d$C$Q$j!"%G%S%C%I$5$s$O?@MM$G$9!#(B"

David,
That is really cool. I can't wait for you to
post the source code. In the mean time, I've tried to
re-create a similar shape.
The big problem with my version is the facets:
you can see that they are actually two noncoplaner
triangles. I tried to use a smooth triangle to cover
that but someone I can't get the normals to work. No
modeler used: this is all pov coding.

So, non-coplanar facets are easy! You'll notice that on mine, a row of
paneling on the outside of the shape eventully works it way around to the
inside. Also, I beilieve strips don't meet themselves after a full trip
around, so it's like a mobius strip.
