Here's the latest fruit of my efforts. For the time being, I've given up on
trying to find cool ways of bending and distorting the words POV and RAY to
make a logo, so I'm going with a simple shape. This logo consists of an
ellipse the ends short, and a sphere. It really can't be much simpler. Also,
to the joy of some people, it was rendered in POV-Ray. Happy?


PS: I've also managed to mimic my "Crusoe" logo in POV-Ray. Damn, was it
hard to make the "P"!

I like this alot (more than your others). I can't really find fault with it
either. You might want to try different colors just to see how they look,
but I think you nailed the bullseye with this one. Nice job.

Thanks. I'm glad you like it. :)

I tried red with the pupil first, but it didn't quite look right. I'll be
trying other combinations soon. Any suggestions would be appreciated. TIA

Sorry, but to me it looks more like a stylized representation of a 
hydrogen atom than an eye. And maybe you should try color schemes other 
than this sky/sea blue, it still looks like a water softener or pool 
supply logo.

I like it better than the Crusoe logo, but to me it still doesn't say "POV".

I like it.  You may want to have POV in the background as a nice object with
media.  Make it kinda hazy, but still easily visible.  "Eye" see you! :)
