Looks nice.. some detailed texturing and moody lighting can really make
it shine.

The person looks a little stiff for someone with that thing stuck to his
face. If he were a little more limp, and perhaps leaning a little to one
side it would look more natural. Now it looks a bit like a mannequin.

A convincing enough realism, especially if you weren't showing it
to the jaded people here.
The double shadow makes one of the floor tiles look split in two. And
the floor in general seems it would make for difficult walking.

The radiosity looks good, and the alien looks great. Some parts of the human
body appear bloated (the calves and top of the feet). There also appears to
be some discoloration on the fingernails. (Maybe this is intentional,
because the dude is suffocating?)Overall, this looks very promising.

Looks good, although I'd hate to drop a quarter and have to dig it out of
those deep cracks between the tiles.

I don't think so. It looks just like in Alien.
Very good!

Wow! This good on your first try! I must try this radiosity thing.
Maybe my pictures will turn out better.

The underwear is too tight.
The shoulders should be resting on the operation table.
And as everyone else said, high heels are really not a good idea on
those tiles.
