Thanks! (And thank you too Ken!)

I used an isosurface with a crackle function, and it did indeed look better!

Still much work to do though, so it may take a while before I post a new
version...

Keep in mind that I made the image long before the movie LOTR was made.

The message you replied to was posted on April 30 2000 - that's almost two
years ago.

I never got around to publishing the image it seems...

Well, I've got both, but now I've gotten interested in it myself, and I
might work some more on it before publishing anyting... :)

True- but I very much doubt that you made the image before Tolkien wrote the books.
