You can see that it was supposed to be a logo for POVFest, but I can't
make myself like it. It lacks, well, everything!
Comments, improvements and suggestions are probably the only reason for
me to develop the idea. Send'em in.

When I read the subject-line before downloading I expected an image of your
school, or alternatively (if you don't are in any school) your breakfast ;-)
Anyway: I agree: It could be better. Although: I kinda like the two upper
thirds. The "POVFest" I like. And the spheres just need some work in my
eyes. Loose (or redo) the "2000" though. It really doesn't fit: The font is
wrong and the colors, well, how can I put it politely? They are kinda ugly
:^)

no need to put anything politely. this images is crappy and I know it.
And about my school, well, I'm in 12th grade and having a heck of a time
there, so I can't say I hate it (ain't it fun beatin' up 12 year olds?
naah, just kidding. They're twice my size.... ;)

Hmm... looks like my last attempt at a logo.. *hehe*
I really like the "povfest" part.. it looks disturbingly odd.. The spheres?
hmm, cubes are my favourite.. or torii...
As for the 2000... another font, and a totally different colour scheme...
(Lightning? Fire? Ash?)

I think logos should be an entity. And this one isn't.
It's really a good logo though, I just wonder why you had to render something to
it?
Keep the POVFest, drop the rest. Even a POV-Ray related logo doesn't HAVE to be
rendered, it's a logo, not an IRTC entry. I doesn't even need to be 3D.
I like the logo. Keep it.
