The glow of your glory is blinding me, I need some shades... oh, how
convenient is a pair. =) Enjoy. View an animation in the corresponding

Forgive the unintentional error of ommiting the word 'here' in the phrase 'oh,
how convenient [here] is a pair'.

I thought it was some strange variation on haiku myself, but I might just have
been reading the DFC (www.spinnwebe.com/dfc) for too long.

Sorry Anthony, I'm lazy about posting comments. I really like your shades, although
it's
not obvious from the still that the shades have any lenses. It was only when I looked
at
the anim that I saw them. Perhaps you should have placed the shades on a light
coloured
plane, so the lenses would be visible. Other than that minor point, I think they're
great.
Perhaps you could go on and model an entire library of shades and spectacles?

Thanks. I kinda noticed that myself.

I dunno about that. It was really hard. I didn't really come up with all the ideas
myself. I
had to borrow from some nearly identical spectacles in Bryce 3d. It would have never
occured
to me to intersect a torus and a sphere to make the legs. Oh, yeah, the sad thing is
that what
I did come up with isn't noticeable unless you are _really_ close to the legs. Did you
notice
the little holes? Well, they're not just cylinder differences, it's much more complex
than
that. I'll have to send you the code to show you. It's hard to explain here.

Neat, although nothing I'd wear by free will.....

You think they're ugly? Why wouldn't you wear them?

i think they are realistic, but I would never wear a pair of plastic glasses,
and nothing that is blue...
Good enough explination?

Groovy. Not my style, though :)
I'll DL the anim when I get a reasonable connection.
