Okay, so I'm letting myself in for it now. I've sat back and read the
lightsabre submissions for awhile now, and got intrigued by the idea. So I
started playing with it, and this is what I've come up with. Keep in mind
that I'm not a real Star Wars fan, and it's probably not the most elaborate
you'll find. but, from my "feminine intuition", (yeah, right!) it *felt*
okay to me. tell me if it's the effect you were looking for.

A true lightsaber is somewhere in between yours, mine (last one, see a few
months ago) and the latest saber.

Very nice! Something I've really enjoyed so far is seeing how unique the design
of each sabre has been, which is consistent with the SW story. You may not be a
big fan, but you have Jedi "intuition". ;-]

Aren't each lightsaber supposed to be unique? Made by the JEDI Knight.
Not one is the same.

Very true, non-conformity can be a good thing.
I may even try building my own sabre then, even if I'm not a Jedi
Knight.
