Hi All,

I got sick of working on maths (particles, water surfaces/drops) so to amuse
myself I made a little recursive building. I thought it was kind of neat so
here it is.

Each part of the temple (base, columns, roof, small altar) is a copy of the
whole thing. A bit like a fractal. Obviously, this has to stop at some
level, mostly it is 3-4 levels deep, even this gives around 20,000 objects.

Any suggestions to make it more interesting, try to stay in the theme
though, are very welcome.

Regards
Gordon

Thanks,

If there is some interest, I could do a set of macros to automate the
process. I did half the work last night whilst trying to do a circular
version of the temple. It is actually very simple to implement once you see
the trick.

It is always fun to have, and might come in handy. If you think you have the
time, I'd be grateful.

Your wish is my command, well not really, but here it is. I told you it was
simple!

Look in binaries.scenefiles.

Looks like a bunch of hotels under construction in a holiday resort
somewhere. Maybe an orange tower crane, and a yellow one too.

Cheers

Reminded me of Metropolis, not Supermans metropolis but the 1927 German
silent film of the same name.
