This is something I've been working on for the last few days. You're
open to your own interpretation - everyone I've asked has thought it was
something other than what I intended it to be. At this point I think
it's almost finished, just a few things I know I should correct
(specular on the backdrop, height field complexity...) JPG caused it to
lose some of the detail, I will post a less compressed version on my
site when it's done.

Any questions/comments welcomed.

Very Nice. Beautiful mountain background. What exactly is that thing
in the center?

That thing in the center is supposed to be a group of quartz crystals. It's
kind of obscured right now (because of the specular on the turquise layer) but
I'm going to try and fix this tonight.

They are beautiful mountains, right? :)... I actually had intended this to be
water... But like I said, everyone has told me it looked like mountains.

Thanks for the comments.

Water?!? Really? OHHH, I see now...It's a ship right? I thought it was
like a Swiss mountain chateau or something. I see now. Hehe. Well, good
boat/Swiss Chateau.

Yeah, I suppose it is some sort of boat. I had it in mind that it was kind of a
room sunk and tipped in water. With the bottom windows open its easier to
understand it.

Thanks for the input,

I actually thought it was water...
First impression was something similar to maybe the bridge of Captain Nemo's
Nautilus...

I initially thought it was the inside of a light house, so it was obvious to me that I
was
looking out on sea.
