Now here is something I would like to learn! :)

I've lost touch with the tree designer guy. Any leads?

  Are you refering to Johannes Hubert ? He has posted here within
the last 3 or 4 days responding to the new millennium thread more
than once. He also posted a couple of remarks on the black and white
rendering thread in .general as recently as today.

I could... I'll try to get it from his page. I'll just have to find the url.

Here are the results of the Dutch translation:

Germany... twelve points, Allemagne... douze points.

Sorry... wrong mindset.

maat = measure, size
ring1 = ring1
richt1 = direct1
  etc..
afstand = distance
boom = tree
punt = point
bladeren = leaves (blad = leaf)

I'm aware of the fact I'm posting every few minutes, but... I find it hard
to translate his web site. It is sooooo slow on my machine, it takes minutes
to load. I just managed to get the boom.zip file and then tried to close IE4
again. My computer hung (although it's propably also partly caused by the
drivers for my TELES ISDN card. Must get another one soon).
