Hi All,

Just a little aniation I made with Megapov mechsim feature. It took about 4 
hours of rendering and I nicked the radiosity setting mostly from Andrew 
Cocker ( There are a few artifacts still left, but I didn't want to rerun 
it (besides I have no clue what to change anyway ) ).

If anyone wants the code let me know and I will post it.

Needs a slight random variation in the bounce - there is no way in RL the
balls would all line up perfectly at the bottom

As Rick noticed you should add a tiny amount of sideward motion to the
balls at the beginning.  Apart from that it looks good.

But please don't post binaries split into several messages here, i was
only able to see the first part.

Thank you. I might try that sometime, I'm currently redering some falling 
balls and they colide in the air which gives it some randomness.

If I knew how to change my news reader ( XNews ) I would do that, sorry.

In the message edit pane, under the tab "4. Attachments" you can set the 
"Cut size" to 15000 lines. If you want to set an even higher value you'll 
have to do it in xnews.ini (under the tab Attachments 8000 will be shown 
then)

Don't know who wouldn't. Looks like fun.

Your newsreader seems to be breaking up posts. No idea what might have
gotten lost in the translation, the animation played without error.
