Hi
For about a 2 weeks now I've had these wobbly green spikes stuck in my head
(not literately ;-> ), so yesterday I finally modelled them.
So is there any potential for any real use here? I've tried to parameterise
everything so things like 'wind' speed and direction, damping and extent of
wobble can be altered etc.
At the moment this is just an 10 * 20 array of psuedo-randomly placed spikes
each made up of a linear sphere_sweep.
Thanks
jim

Is it just me (or my computer), or are all the frames in this animation
identical???

They were identical to me, in that three programs refused to play them.

I tried realplayer, windows media player, and quicktime and they all choked.
I can't see it at all.
Cheers!

I used divX to encode the anim with VideoMach. Is it likely that the problem
is at your end or shall I re-encode using MPEG? (although the anim has lots
of fast movement so to get a small file the quality sucks)
thanks

I had no problems with your animations. Looks interesting, but I can't think
of any real use :-)

Neither could I... other than "fake grass blowing in the wind"

I have divX 5 and yet the animation looked completely static to me... I
always encode in mpg to be sure that everyone can see my animations.

I got divX... and remaking one of my animations through videomach with
divX I am able to view it. But not yours.
