Bear in mind that I haven't actually seen Warp's anims (I don't have time to
download them right now), but my own experiments with syncing to music were
succesful, and there was no guess work involved. I made some music at 120
beats per minute. That's two beats every second, or 12.5 frames between
beats (assuming a frame rate of 25 fps). Worked perfectly for me.

  Yes, the synchronization was just pure math in my case as well. However,
in my case it wasn't that easy. The music is played at 150 bpm (32 seconds
in total) and the animation has 25 fps.

  Just simple math. The music has 20 measures, that is, 80 beats. I just had
to make the isosurface pulse 80 times during the animation and make the
animation exactly as long as the music (32 seconds at 25 fps = 800 frames).

 But it is in sinc and the other one's not. Probably my poor PII does 
not have the power to show the divx one right.
