With UK credit cards, you just make the payment in dollars and the
credit card company automatically changes it to pounds when they add it
to your bill. The exchange rate is taken from the date that the credit
card company processes it. There's probably not even any commission or
processing charge (there's none with the card I use, but I don't know if
all cards are the same).

Anyone got any idea what the current exchange rate IS???

It was the media and the super ellipsoids that did it, plus a resolution of
~5000 x 3000.

Uh, Zazzle seems to say those images don't exist... That or it's a maturity 
level setting which you apparently need a user account for which I don't 
want to create right now. @_@

Note that Andrew's news client has split those very long addresses over 
two lines each. Paste them back together and they should work just fine.
