It's a binary format for exporting a limited set of POV objects and
their properties. It was generated by an unofficial custom compile
(patch) which iirc was based upon POV 2.2 and as such in not up to
date with the innumerous improvements of the POV-Ray language and
render engine that have been introduced since this old version of the
program.
As a side note, please try to avoid using the Netscape virtual card
because a) it is only useful to Netscape users and it is not the only
newsreader people use, and b) it is a binary attachment and as such is
inappropriate in text-only groups such as this one. Thank you.
